Moral de Calatrava enjoys a strategic location within the province of Ciudad Real. We are the only town that belongs to the Campo de Calatrava and the Valdepeñas Wine Route. From the Ermita de Moral you can stroll through the historic center of Moral, the peace and tranquility of its cobbled streets that lead to the spectacular Plaza de España, with its majestic parish church of San Andres, which has frescoes from the fifteenth century.
Almagro, in Campo de Calatrava, in the very center of the province, has a strategic position in its physical and cultural environment. The city of the corral theater, houses the only Corral de Comedias that has remained intact and active since the early seventeenth century to the present day, and is, to a large extent, the emblem of the city. Villanueva de los Infantes, in Campo de Montiel, appears majestic and superb as a town full of architectural treasures that envelop our gaze in the past among its legendary stones. Life in this city revolves around the monumental complex of the Plaza Mayor of the early seventeenth century. The south side of the square is made up of wooden balustrades supported by footings. The other two sides are made up of semicircular arches and in the north, the religious complex is the architectural highlight of extreme beauty composed of the church of San Andrés and the Rectory House.
Sacro-Convent of Calatrava la Nueva, the great fortress of the Calatravos, with more than 45,000 m2, was erected to be the great headquarters of the order, replacing the city of Calatrava la Vieja. Its church, convent, hostelry, town and external enclosure, surrounded by fortifications, formed an authentic medieval fortified city.

Las Tablas de Daimiel National Park, Las Tablas de Daimiel is a wetland practically unique in Europe and the last representative of the ecosystem called fluvial tables, once characteristic of the central plain of our Peninsula. It is a complex ecosystem that mixes the characteristics of a flood plain, produced by the overflows of the Guadiana and Gigüela rivers at their confluence, with that of an area of groundwater discharge from a large aquifer.
